Healing Through the Hurt… My Journey with Hip Bursitis

I’m Narelle Warcon. Survivor, truth-teller, and author of my own healing.
Survivor, truth-teller, and author of my own healing. A journey of survival, strength, and speaking truth.
For a long time, I just wanted someone to listen, really listen. Someone who understood what it felt like to struggle in silence. Even though I had family and friends, I often felt alone. It wasn’t that they didn’t care, but sometimes they couldn’t truly understand the pain I was carrying, or maybe they just didn’t know how to hear it.
That’s why I’m here now, not just as someone who has lived through domestic violence, but as someone who gets it. I’ve walked that path, and I know how heavy it can feel.
Through my writing and through simply being present, I want others to know they’re not alone. Whether you're in the middle of your own journey or carrying pain from the past, I offer understanding, empathy, and a space without judgment.
This is more than my story, it’s a bridge for others to find their voice, too.
Sometimes, what we need most is someone who simply listens. I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to hear you fully, openly, and without judgment.
No one should have to carry their pain in silence. Through my story, I offer hope, understanding, and the reminder that even in your darkest moments, you're never truly alone.

Writing my own autobiography meant confronting pain, reclaiming power, and turning lived experience into words. It’s a journey of honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to finally speak what was once silenced.

These are the stories we carry deep within, the ones we often whisper, if at all. Soul Stories is about walking beside others through their healing, holding space, and reminding each other we are not alone.

Every page written was a step through fear and into freedom. These aren’t just words, they’re acts of courage, drawn from pain, truth, and the will to rise. Each one is a reminder that telling your story is powerful and healing.
This is your time to rediscover who you are beneath the hurt. It’s about taking back your identity, your voice, your power.
Healing isn’t about erasing the past, it’s about integrating it. This is the work of stitching together your pieces with compassion and care.
It begins with one step toward healing, toward truth, toward the life you deserve. Progress doesn’t have to be fast, only honest.
After pain, it can be hard to imagine joy again. This is the gentle act of staying open to hope, to love, to possibility.
You’ve survived. Now it’s time to thrive. This is the shift from enduring to becoming with courage, grace, and unstoppable resolve.

This Place, My Quiet Strength
I was born in Australia, and it’s the place that has shaped every part of me. Through all the highs and lows, it’s been my constant, steady, grounding, and quietly powerful. This land has held me in my hardest moments and offered peace in ways I never expected. Australia isn’t just where I live, it’s my beginning, my anchor, and the heart of my story.

Gather the tools and resources needed for success.
Blonde Roots is my truth laid bare. Writing it broke me open in ways I never expected. However, I did it so someone out there knows they are not alone. This book is about surviving the impossible, and still standing. It’s very raw and realreal. If you’ve ever felt unseen, unloved, or broken, I wrote this for you. You matter. Your story matters.

Australia
Hi Narelle, I just wanted to let you know that I recently listened to one of your podcasts where you spoke about how it’s never too late to start something new. Your words really stuck with me — and they gave me the final push I needed to start selling my art. I’m still learning the ropes, but I’ve taken the first step toward pursuing a dream that’s been close to my heart for a long time. Thank you for the encouragement and inspiration. It truly made a difference. Warm regards. Monika

Dear Narelle. Thank you so very much for sharing your inspiring story with me this week. Reading your book I was inspired by your courage in sharing your life but mostly that you had the courage to take the past and confront your demons to move onto an incredible future. I have added it to the book pile at my cafe so that others may be drawn to your story and perhaps it may help them to do the same too. Love Andrea Victoria, Australia
